Ensuring that the business is connected to its core markets with a clearly articulated, relevant, compelling and differentiated proposition. That the Sellers connect to their Customers through good opened ended discovery questioning. And finally the Sales Managers connect with their Sellers with timely coaching that is flexible to meet the needs of each individual.
